MAKE A DIFFERENCE TODAY- IN JESUS' NAME

God calls us to stand with those who are rebuilding their lives. At HIGO Ministries, we walk beside men and women returning home from incarceration, reminding them that grace is real, hope is alive, and God has not forgotten them.

Your giving is more than support — it is ministry, mercy, and mission

Why Give to HIGO Ministries

People returning home after incarceration face some of the hardest battles of their lives — rebuilding trust, finding stability, and rediscovering purpose.

HIGO Ministries stands in that gap with compassion, lived experience, and hands‑on support.

Your gift helps us walk with men and women who are determined to change their lives but need someone to believe in them.

How Your Gift Changes Lives

Your generosity becomes real, life‑changing impact. It provides safe transitional housing that keeps people off the streets and gives them a stable foundation; fuels one‑on‑one mentorship that offers emotional support, accountability, and spiritual guidance; strengthens suicide‑prevention and crisis care so individuals receive hope before breaking; restores dignity through creative outreach like art, writing, music, and storytelling; and helps families heal as loved ones return home. Every dollar is stewarded with purpose — 40% supports housing and basic needs, 25% builds mentorship and discipleship, 15% provides crisis and suicide‑prevention care, 10% restores identity through creative outreach, and 10% sustains the ministry’s operations so we can continue serving with excellence and integrity.

Every dollar is prayed over, stewarded carefully, and used to bring hope, healing, and restoration through Christ.

Your gift—given in faith—can open a door someone thought was forever closed. Your generosity meets urgent, real‑time needs for men and women returning home from incarceration, turning a moment of crisis into a moment of ministry.

Your gift provides emergency housing and basic essentials like a safe place to sleep, hot meals, hygiene items, clothing, and transportation—often the very first expression of God’s love they experience after release.

It also strengthens our crisis and suicide‑prevention care, offering prayer, emotional support, counseling connections, safety planning, and hope when someone feels like giving up.

Every single gift becomes a lifeline that restores dignity, stabilizes lives, and reminds people that God has not forgotten them.

Sponsoring a Returning Citizen and becoming a Monthly Partner are two powerful ways to change a life — and together they form one unified pathway of restoration. Sponsorship allows you to directly walk with one individual as they rebuild their life with dignity and faith, providing safe transitional housing, food, transportation, clothing, hygiene items, mentorship, crisis support, and creative identity‑building programs.

Monthly partnership strengthens that impact by offering steady, predictable support that keeps housing open, meals served, mentorship ongoing, and crisis care available the moment it’s needed.

When you give — whether through sponsorship or monthly partnership — you’re saying,

“You are not alone. God has a plan for you, and we believe in your future.”

Your generosity becomes stability, discipleship, healing, and long‑term transformation rooted in Christ.

Two are better than one… for if either of them falls, one can help the other up. Ecclesiastes 4:9‑10
